What Bo Ren said resonates with me. As an immigrant, I am passionate about fostering spaces, so we all can thrive. Community has become a topic that every company is talking about. Fostering a safe and thriving community take a lot of work and soul. I think one reason why On Deck is experiencing exponential growth is because of that community perspective.
