I really like the analogy. But differently from software, Justice seems more concentrated on social and economic affairs - I don’t think environment and climate fit the egalitariasm discussion. As social and economic disparities become evident and grow, they tend to attract politicians. Eventually policy makers also get involved. I would predict rise in legal/policy/gov tech in the next 10 years. All these new rights will require new social models anyway.
